Services Engagement Manager (AI): Leading the discovery, scoping, and delivery of complex enterprise hirify.global implementations with an accent on AI-enabled workflow transformation and operating model redesign. Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA (Anchor days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

Salary: $220,000 - $250,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead discovery, solution design, scoping, and commercial positioning for high-impact Enterprise Services engagements.
  • Manage large-scale implementations from kickoff through launch and optimization, serving as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver business process transformations, specifically leveraging AI to identify high-impact use cases and human-in-the-loop processes.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to surface customer learnings and productize successful patterns into the core hirify.global offering.
  • Develop comprehensive customer proposals, implementation plans, staffing models, and SOWs.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to drive outcomes and resolve dependencies.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in Services, Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or Program Management.
  • Proven track record of leading complex enterprise engagements from pre-sales through delivery.
  • Experience with AI-powered workflows, integrations, APIs, and automation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical audiences and C-level executives.
  • Strong expertise in discovery, solution design, and commercial negotiations.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the New York or San Francisco offices on designated Anchor Days.
