Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis; no employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B) available. Does not include U.S. territories.

Salary: $126,000 - $154,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead and manage complex research projects or portfolios, including planning, design, implementation, risk mitigation, and deliverables.
• Provide methodological expertise in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches; develop frameworks and lead data review, analysis, synthesis, and visualization.
• Contribute to strategy by identifying research needs, representing the organization externally, and building internal capacity through trainings.
• Engage clients, partners, and stakeholders by communicating findings, managing relationships, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Disseminate findings via publications, reports, briefs, and presentations; lead proposal development for business growth.
• Mentor and manage teams, fostering inclusive leadership and professional growth.

Requirements

• PhD in Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Public Policy or related field with 3+ years experience, or Master’s with 7+ years.
• Firm understanding of implementation science; experience developing work plans and timelines.
• Experience at contract research/evaluation organizations; managing project teams; building client/partner relationships; business pursuit (grant/proposal writing).
• Data collection (interviews, observations, surveys) and analysis experience with tools like STATA, R, Excel, NVivo, Access.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills; attention to detail; virtual collaboration.
