What you will do

• Lead a dedicated research portfolio on data quality, online methodologies, and AI impacts through independent and collaborative projects
• Produce high-grade, publishable research meeting academic and industry standards for journals and conferences
• Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and industry collaborators to generate research outputs
• Present work at conferences, events, and through hirify.global's channels, collaborating with marketing for maximum impact
• Contribute to the wider sciences agenda on representativeness, synthetic data, and methodological innovation

Requirements

• PhD in a relevant quantitative field such as psychology, research methodology, computational social science, statistics, economics, or similar
• Strong grounding in online research methods, including online sampling, data quality assessment, non-probability sampling, or synthetic data
• Demonstrated ability to lead research projects end-to-end with publications, presentations, or equivalent outputs
• Strong quantitative skills in experimental design, statistical analysis, and data interpretation using R, Python, or Qualtrics
• Based in the US East Coast or UK
• Self-starter with high output, ideas-first mentality, and curiosity about online research trends

Nice to have

• Postdoctoral or industry research experience
• Familiarity with online panel platforms
• Experience in academic-industry partnerships
• Comfort with media engagement
