What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (research, design, dev, QA) to move tests from idea to launch.
• Build and maintain testing roadmaps for 10–20 upcoming experiments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams to maintain momentum and clarity.
• Identify risks early and unblock teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Communicate experiment rationale and results to clients in weekly meetings.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina.
• Degree in Economics, Math, or Finance is highly preferred (open to fresh graduates).
• Strong organizational skills and diligence with systems, checklists, and timelines.
• Proactive communication style and high agency.
• Ability to learn quickly and a keen interest in technology and design.
