What you will do

• Serve as technical lead for Ironclad CLM projects, collaborating on architectural design, reviews, and optimization
• Establish and manage enablement and technical knowledge development for the Legal Operations team, coordinating training on Ironclad capabilities
• Define and communicate technical principles, designs, and architectural standards for high-quality solution delivery
• Support client demos and proof-of-concept projects for Ironclad evaluations, standalone or in broader transformations
• Integrate with project teams of client personnel and consultants, adhering to delivery methodology and timelines

Requirements

• 5+ years implementing and leading CLM applications, strong emphasis on Ironclad
• Hands-on expertise with Ironclad configuration, workflow automation, Smart Import, Smart Contract capabilities, and API-based integrations
• Deep background in business rules, custom calculations, and data integration using CLM tools
• BA/BS in Finance/Accounting, Law, Business Management, MIS or equivalent
• Ability to interpret technical requirements from non-technical stakeholders and explain technical topics clearly
• Preference for Ironclad Bootcamp Certified
