Salary: $26.00 – $28.85 hourly

What you will do

• Lead outbound customer interactions for smooth installations, especially escalated technical cases
• Manage and prioritize multiple installation projects for on-time, high-quality delivery
• Serve as escalation point for complex installs across HS1 products, including DSOs
• Install, configure, and support value-added services with database migrations
• Troubleshoot advanced technical issues and provide guidance to junior technicians
• Implement custom integrations and collaborate with account managers
• Create and improve SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base content

Requirements

• 6+ years of related experience, software installations preferred
• Proven handling of escalated complex customer scenarios
• Advanced problem-solving, troubleshooting in Windows environments
• Ability to install/configure HS1 systems, including database migrations
• SQL reading/writing preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA and PHI handling
• Excellent communication for SOPs and customer instructions
