What you will do
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues on laptops, PCs, mobile devices, and core applications.
- Manage endpoint deployment, security, and fleet using MDM platforms like Jamf and MobileIron.
- Operate within ITIL/ITSM frameworks for service delivery and incident resolution.
- Implement basic IT security principles to protect data and hardware.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff via written and verbal instructions.
Requirements
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong technical acumen for diverse Windows and Apple environments.
- Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, MobileIron).
- Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and basic IT security principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
