What you will do

• Manage IT onboarding processes, including provisioning accounts, access rights, and working environments
• Design and support remote infrastructure solutions such as virtual desktops and cloud-based environments
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot secure network connections like VPNs and tunnels
• Deploy and support internal systems, tools, and services across the organization
• Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively address reliability and security risks
• Provide hands-on technical support for system, network, and hardware issues

Requirements

• Proven experience in System Administrator or Infrastructure Engineering role
• Strong understanding of regional infrastructure (EU / Canada) and configuring stable, secure cross-location connectivity
• Strong hands-on expertise in networking, VPN configuration, and secure connectivity
• Experience with remote access technologies (VDI, RDP, cloud workspaces)
• Good understanding of cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Working knowledge of scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or similar) for automation
• Solid experience administering Linux and Windows systems
