What you will do

  • Prepare test data, analyze results, troubleshoot problems, and communicate issues back to development.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain procedures and service level needs.
  • Provide user support in a DevOps environment with frequent deployments and testing.
  • Apply theoretical knowledge to achieve goals through structured work assignments.
  • Solve routine problems using existing procedures.

Requirements

  • Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid)
  • College or university degree or equivalent work experience in fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
  • Understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of others.
  • Functional expertise typically gained through formal education.
  • Ability to perform routine assignments and receive guidance from others.
  • Canadian criminal record check, employment, education verification, and credit inquiry required.
