What you will do

• Partner with CEO to define and evolve product vision and strategy in AI and developer tools space.
• Drive product roadmap execution, balancing customer needs, platform bets, and long-term differentiation.
• Lead product team, ensuring clarity, speed, and quality in execution.
• Optimize product-led growth levers to convert signups into expanding enterprise accounts.
• Scope, sequence, and ship features with engineering and design while maintaining quality.
• Define success metrics, instrument product, and use data for prioritization and iteration.

Requirements

• Proven track record leading product for developer tools, infrastructure, or platform company through rapid growth.
• Deep instincts in technical and AI-driven products, engaging with engineers, designers, and enterprise buyers.
• Experience scaling product function from growth-stage through revenue milestones.
• Ability to partner with technical CEO on prioritization, process, and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong command of product-led growth in enterprise SaaS, including activation, engagement, and retention.
• Track record of high-velocity shipping without sacrificing quality or strategy.
