What you will do

  • Demonstrate ownership in problem-solving, proactively identifying and implementing effective resolutions.
  • Champion a customer-obsessed, inclusive environment with urgency and genuine care.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English + Italian required.
  • Minimum 1 year in customer service role.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex issues.
  • Strong ownership, disciplined curiosity, and empathetic communication.
  • Proficiency in rapid written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
