What you will do

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Handle sensitive customer data with high standards of care and security.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions to consistently meet KPIs.
• Communicate and coordinate with developers and cross-functional specialists.

Requirements

• Excellent Hebrew and English skills (C1 for both spoken and written).
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
• Experience within the travel industry.
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
• Personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and a stable internet connection (min 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality or logistics.
• Experience with CRM systems, such as Zendesk.
