What you will do
- Handle all types of customer reviews and posts across social media, 3rd party sales channels, review sites, and other platforms like blogs.
- Reach out to customers via phone and email to resolve issues and provide satisfactory solutions.
- Act as ambassador, understanding root causes of bad experiences.
- Report patterns, issues, and improvement needs to Team Lead.
- Support Channel Management with webcare data alongside team and Team Lead.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Polish
- Live in Romania with work authorization
- One day per month in Cluj-Napoca office
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to balance customer and business needs
- Analytical thinking to spot trends and patterns
