What you will do

• Design and evolve scalable, reliable recruiting systems for high-quality and high-velocity hiring
• Identify, engage, and acquire top-percentile candidates across all roles
• Collaborate with the Founder and business leaders to meet hiring needs
• Create a thoughtful, streamlined, high-yielding candidate experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of professional experience outperforming in high-quality environments
• Experience building recruiting systems from scratch with minimal oversight
• Prior success in a similar startup or technical organization
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Excited to be in-person in New York City 5 days a week
