Startup Talent Acquisition Lead (Healthtech): Own recruiting efforts across all corporate roles - technical and non-technical - in a hyper-growth mental health startup with an accent on identifying and acquiring top-percentile talent. Focus on designing scalable high-velocity recruiting systems, engaging candidates, and streamlining candidate experiences.
Location: On-site in New York City 5 days a week, authorized to work in the United States
Salary: $100K – $170K • Offers Equity

What you will do
- Design and evolve scalable, reliable recruiting systems for high-quality and high-velocity hiring
- Identify, engage, and acquire top-percentile candidates across all roles
- Collaborate with the Founder and business leaders to meet hiring needs
- Create a thoughtful, streamlined, high-yielding candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of professional experience outperforming in high-quality environments
- Experience building recruiting systems from scratch with minimal oversight
- Prior success in a similar startup or technical organization
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Excited to be in-person in New York City 5 days a week
