Salary: $180,000 - $240,000 base

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-priority GTM and technical roles.
- Manage and coach a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
- Own headcount planning in partnership with founders and hiring managers.
- Develop recruiting playbooks and standardize processes to improve speed and quality of hires.
- Manage relationships and ROI for external recruiting agencies.
- Analyze funnel metrics and build reporting dashboards to drive weekly decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of in-house tech recruiting experience.
- 1–3 years of people management experience.
- Proven track record hiring for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, PMM) and exposure to technical roles.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with Ashby ATS for reporting, workflows, and automations.
- Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Redwood City, CA
