Salary: $180,000 - $240,000 base

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-priority GTM and technical roles.
• Manage and coach a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
• Own headcount planning in partnership with founders and hiring managers.
• Develop recruiting playbooks and standardize processes to improve speed and quality of hires.
• Manage relationships and ROI for external recruiting agencies.
• Analyze funnel metrics and build reporting dashboards to drive weekly decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house tech recruiting experience.
• 1–3 years of people management experience.
• Proven track record hiring for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, PMM) and exposure to technical roles.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Proficiency with Ashby ATS for reporting, workflows, and automations.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Redwood City, CA
