TL;DR

Business Development Rep (Web3): Conduct outbound prospecting to key web3 prospects and qualify inbound leads using BANT methodology with an accent on engaging senior stakeholders and understanding data needs for blockchain analytics. Focus on executing prospecting strategy, crafting tailored messaging, scheduling discovery meetings, and building pipeline through CRM tools.

Location: On-site in New York, must be based in NYC. Strong willingness to attend events after working hours and travel for events.

What you will do

  • Conduct outbound activities to key web3 prospects and inbound leads via Discord, Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
  • Meet stakeholders to assess how hirify.global empowers their web3 data needs and schedule discovery meetings.
  • Collaborate with revenue team on prospecting strategy and craft tailored outbound messaging.
  • Communicate prospect feedback to Product & Engineering teams.
  • Meet quarterly activity targets, document in CRM, and forecast pipeline.

Requirements

  • Based in NYC.
  • Strong willingness to attend events after working hours + travel for events.
  • 2+ years prospecting in sales, ideally software, infrastructure, or web3.
  • Deep knowledge of web3, blockchain, data analytics.
  • Track record engaging senior web3 stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), Outreach, Gong, Slack, Discord, Telegram.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to hit activity targets.
  • High agency, multitasking in fast-paced environment.
