Requirements
- Fluency in English required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex issues.
- Strong ownership, disciplined curiosity, and empathetic communication (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with solutions-focused mindset.
