What you will do

  • Prioritize customer satisfaction with personalized, caring interactions balancing urgency and empathy.
  • Understand needs through direct feedback, spot trends in inquiries, and adapt approaches for better experiences.
  • Demonstrate ownership in problem-solving, proactively identifying and implementing effective resolutions.
  • Serve as a trusted resource, contributing to an inclusive environment and business success via customer-centric decisions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex issues.
  • Strong ownership, disciplined curiosity, and empathetic communication (written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented with solutions-focused mindset.
