Location: Remote (9:30am - 6pm ET, Monday - Friday)

Salary: $18/hour

What you will do

• Assist customers over phone and email with product, service questions, and order updates.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails.
• Proactively identify solutions to anticipated customer questions.
• Resolve issues hands-on from start to finish.
• Provide technical support for website navigation.
• Create delightful experiences in every interaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in vet or healthcare space required.
• 1+ years customer service or veterinary care experience.
• 6+ months professional experience with computer and web tools.
• Ability to work 9:30am - 6pm ET, Monday - Friday.
• Comfortable with virtual environments and phone contact during shifts.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Broadband internet (10 mbps download / 5 mbps upload) and distraction-free home environment.

Nice to have

• 2+ years phone or email customer service experience.
