Location: Remote (9:30am - 6pm ET, Monday - Friday)
Salary: $18/hour

What you will do
- Assist customers over phone and email with product, service questions, and order updates.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails.
- Proactively identify solutions to anticipated customer questions.
- Resolve issues hands-on from start to finish.
- Provide technical support for website navigation.
- Create delightful experiences in every interaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years experience in vet or healthcare space required.
- 1+ years customer service or veterinary care experience.
- 6+ months professional experience with computer and web tools.
- Ability to work 9:30am - 6pm ET, Monday - Friday.
- Comfortable with virtual environments and phone contact during shifts.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Broadband internet (10 mbps download / 5 mbps upload) and distraction-free home environment.
Nice to have
- 2+ years phone or email customer service experience.
- Experience working virtually.
- Veterinary or pet care experience.
- Teamwork ability.
