TL;DR

Client Executive (Insurtech AI): Manage a book of strategic carrier/broker accounts post-sale, driving adoption and utilization with an accent on understanding underwriting/claims workflows and building senior relationships. Focus on running QBRs, identifying expansion opportunities, mitigating risks, and demonstrating platform value through demos of LLMs, data flows, and APIs.

Location: Remote from anywhere in the UK. Must have fluent spoken and written English and permanent right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Manage strategic carrier/broker accounts as primary post-sale contact.
  • Understand customer workflows and drive hirify.global adoption into daily processes.
  • Track utilization against targets, flag gaps, and execute improvement actions.
  • Develop relationships across client stakeholders in underwriting, operations, and IT.
  • Run QBRs to align on value, expansion plans, and risk mitigation.
  • Create case studies and references; partner with Marketing on outcomes.
  • Multithread senior relationships and deliver platform walkthroughs.
  • Travel as needed for workshops, enablement, and executive sessions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Account Management/Customer Success in commercial insurance or Insurtech.
  • Strong relationship management for senior stakeholders (underwriting, operations, IT); comfortable leading QBRs.
  • Workflow expertise to map hirify.global into submissions/intake/triage processes.
  • Product and AI fluency to demo LLMs, data flows, APIs tied to business value.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Delivery, Support, Security, Legal.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
