What you will do
- Generate qualified leads targeting 25 per quarter through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Conduct outbound prospecting to finance leaders like CFOs, Controllers, and FP&A Directors in target accounts
- Follow up on digital campaigns, webinars, and events to schedule discovery meetings
- Support GTM initiatives, campaign coordination, and alliance partner efforts
- Maintain CRM records, track KPIs, and collaborate with AEs, Marketing, and partners
- Develop knowledge of OneStream products and finance transformation trends
Requirements
- 0–2 years in sales, marketing, finance, business development, or tech roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field preferred
- Strong interest in enterprise software, CPM, or finance transformation
- Self-starter with work ethic, quick learner, organized, and disciplined in managing KPIs
- Excellent written/verbal communication, executive presence, and comfort with senior leaders
- Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems
