What you will do

  • Generate qualified leads targeting 25 per quarter through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to finance leaders like CFOs, Controllers, and FP&A Directors in target accounts
  • Follow up on digital campaigns, webinars, and events to schedule discovery meetings
  • Support GTM initiatives, campaign coordination, and alliance partner efforts
  • Maintain CRM records, track KPIs, and collaborate with AEs, Marketing, and partners
  • Develop knowledge of OneStream products and finance transformation trends

Requirements

  • 0–2 years in sales, marketing, finance, business development, or tech roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field preferred
  • Strong interest in enterprise software, CPM, or finance transformation
  • Self-starter with work ethic, quick learner, organized, and disciplined in managing KPIs
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, executive presence, and comfort with senior leaders
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems
