What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex SaaS modules, including creative management, tracking, and campaign operations.
• Author high-precision product design documents covering system context maps, state machines, and functional matrices.
• Define API contracts, system-of-record ownership, and data flow directions across multi-system architectures.
• Decompose large product initiatives into staged delivery plans with clear dependency graphs and decision trackers.
• Integrate AI agent tools into the PM workflow and evaluate AI/LLM capabilities for embedding into the product.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between engineering, design, customer success, and sales teams.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a PM, Technical PM, or Software Engineer transitioning to product.
• Strong engineering fluency including ability to read code and understand REST API design, database schemas, and system architecture.
• Proven ability to write precise technical specifications, API contracts, and entity relationship models.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Working fluency with modern AI agent frameworks (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
• Based in Taipei, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Background in AdTech, MarTech, or enterprise SaaS platforms with multi-tenant architectures.
• Experience managing third-party system integrations and API partnerships.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery in hybrid milestone planning models.
