Product Manager (Adtech)

What you will do

• Lead the localization and enhancement of hirify.global products for the China Outbound and MENA markets.
• Define and update product roadmaps in alignment with regional OKRs and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Identify and scope new partnership opportunities with data and supply vendors.
• Analyze product utilization data to refine regional product strategies and operational processes.
• Build and maintain a product wiki to centralize solutions information for regional teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in programmatic products or solutions development.
• 3+ years of experience building scalable custom solutions for NA, EMEA, and/or APAC markets.
• Proven track record of leveraging LLMs to deliver product enhancements and automations.
• Deep technical knowledge of the digital ecosystem in North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Strong experience in project management and a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
• Professional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
