What you will do

• Scope, design, implement, and test integrations across cloud and on-premise systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Build and test solutions with middleware platforms like Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Celigo
• Translate business requirements into integration specs, field mappings, and data flows
• Troubleshoot integration issues including authentication, payloads, and API conflicts
• Support data migrations with staging, transformation, and validation
• Contribute to pre-sales, discovery, deployment, and collaborate across CLM, Salesforce, Data teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3–6 years professional consulting or industry experience in enterprise integrations
• Solid API fundamentals: REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, JSON/XML, webhooks, error handling
• Hands-on Postman for API testing, scripting, automation
• Experience with at least one middleware: Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.
• Salesforce data structures, APIs (REST, Bulk, Metadata), integration patterns
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to all audiences
• Ability to manage client relationships and independent workstreams

Nice to have

• Certifications in Workato, MuleSoft, Salesforce
• SQL or Python for data transformation
• CLM platforms: DocuSign CLM/SpringCM, Ironclad, Agiloft
• ERP: NetSuite, SAP, Workday
• CI/CD, Git, agile methodologies
• AI-assisted tooling, Salesforce data migration
