What you will do

• Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions for AI inference to Bedrock, Contact Lens processing, and Salesforce data writes
• Build and optimize real-time data pipelines from Amazon Connect via Kinesis to Bedrock, Salesforce, Verint, and QuickSight
• Extend Lambda-Salesforce integrations for near-real-time AI coaching during live calls using Platform Events or Streaming API
• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) to render AI coaching prompts, compliance alerts, and suggestions in Salesforce workspace
• Configure Amazon Lex bots for IVR, integrate with Bedrock, and build post-call summarization pipelines with Guardrails
• Implement IaC with CloudFormation/CDK, CloudWatch monitoring, and DevSecOps practices including security reviews and CAB deployments

Requirements

• 4+ years developing serverless AWS apps (Lambda, API Gateway, Kinesis, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch)
• Strong Python and/or Node.js for Lambda development
• Hands-on with Amazon Connect flows, Lex bots, Contact Lens, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, Platform Events, Streaming API)
• Experience with Kinesis streaming, IaC (CloudFormation/CDK/Terraform), CI/CD, IAM, VPC, and AWS GovCloud security
• Knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or federal compliance frameworks
• Bachelor’s in CS or equivalent experience

• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, DevOps)
• Amazon Bedrock API and AI/ML pipelines
• Prior FedRAMP High/IL4/IL5 GovCloud work
• QuickSight, Verint integrations, HIPAA/PHI handling
• ServiceNow change management
