What you will do

• Lead the development and improvement of the feature flagging and experimentation platform.
• Design and implement complex frameworks and code used across hirify.global’s engineering stack.
• Build highly scalable, resilient, and performant infrastructure and cloud services.
• Create intuitive APIs and libraries for internal developers and hirify.global customers.
• Partner with engineering teams to translate technical requirements into tangible projects and milestones.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure high code quality and documentation standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on distributed systems.
• Deep experience building and operating large-scale cloud services.
• Proficiency in languages such as Java, Scala, C++, or Python.
• Solid understanding of system performance, debugging, and reliability engineering principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Location: Must be based in Bellevue, WA, USA
