Location: Hybrid (Phoenix, AZ / Chicago, IL / Atlanta, GA). Existing U.S. work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship provided.

Salary: $80,000 - $88,000 a year

What you will do

• Complete a 3-month intensive training program focused on Data solutions within the Digital Solutions Group.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions for various client projects based on skillset and business needs.
• Collaborate across technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze complex problems and recommend innovative technological solutions using critical thinking.
• Manage competing priorities and deliver results according to project deadlines.
• Travel to client sites 50% or more of the time to provide support and shadowing.

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, Scala, or Go.
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and supporting data structures.
• Must have existing U.S. work authorization.
• Technical degree completed by June 8, 2026, or successful completion of a technical bootcamp.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time to support client projects.

Nice to have

• Understanding of data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Working knowledge of Cloud Solutions.
• Prior internship, co-op, or research experience in IT, software, or a relevant field.
