What you will do

• Act as a critical escalation point for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical and data issues across the hirify.global platform.
• Design and implement automation scripts using SQL and PowerShell to optimize troubleshooting workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Own and execute large-scale initiatives including data migrations, system cleanups, and process automation.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to diagnose root causes and improve overall platform architecture.
• Maintain deep expertise in platform features, APIs, and integrations to ensure high-quality technical resolution.
• Manage production data with strict adherence to data privacy standards and rigor.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience troubleshooting highly technical client issues in fast-paced environments.
• Expert-level SQL skills, specifically with SQL Server (stored procedures, functions, and performance optimization).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with browser developer tools, tracing tools, and log file analysis.
• Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate troubleshooting and scripting.

Nice to have

• Experience with C# for reading code and working with SSO class libraries.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and formats such as CSV, JSON, and XML.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Datadog, or Amplitude.
• Knowledge of SSO protocols and App-to-App integrations.
• Background in database administration, efficiency optimization, or Elasticsearch.
