TL;DR
ServiceNow Technical Consultant (FSM): Lead design, implementation, and support of ServiceNow solutions for Field Service Management with an accent on advanced customization, enterprise integrations, and project leadership. Focus on translating business requirements into technical specifications, optimizing application performance, and troubleshooting complex implementations.
Location: 100% remote (US only; must be U.S. citizen and eligible for Public Trust background clearance). Up to 20% travel to business/customer locations.
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 a year

What you will do
- Lead analysis and translation of business requirements into advanced technical specifications and ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, configure, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow applications and modules for optimal performance.
- Perform advanced customizations using JavaScript, GlideScript, and integrate with enterprise systems via APIs and web services.
- Oversee multiple high-impact implementation projects, mentor juniors, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Act as technical advisor, provide troubleshooting, support, optimization, and best practices guidance.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and enforce standards/best practices.
Requirements
- Must be U.S. citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
- 3-5+ years experience with ServiceNow platform, designing/developing/implementing solutions.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow architecture/data model.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, ITIL processes/best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CIS or CAD highly desirable.
Nice to have
- Experience with Customer Service Management, CCaaS, CTI/IVR integrations.
- Agile/Scrum methodologies, additional ServiceNow products/modules.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms/technologies.
