What You'll Do

• Conduct new hire and upskilling training on product and system processes
• Update and manage training materials, reports, and content for maximum learner engagement and data accuracy
• Deliver refresher sessions based on areas of improvement and process updates
• Plan and implement monthly cyclic activities, awareness campaigns, and compliance improvements
• Handle escalations, ensure consistent scoring and feedback, and support organizational objectives like attrition control
• Develop cross-functional skills and execute training tasks on short notice

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience with Global Operations
• Strong knowledge of Global Operations processes (Canada Data SD or US Verifications SD)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and conflict resolution
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Valid NBI clearance required as soon as possible
• Collaborative approach with strong ownership, accountability, planning, and organizing skills
