What you will do

• Develop and manage curriculum roadmaps aligned with company goals, product development, and industry standards.
• Design engaging training materials, including documentation, e-learning modules, and instructor-led courses.
• Create and manage certification programs aligning with the corporate certification strategy.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements for customers and internal staff.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
• Provide support and guidance to trainers in designing and delivering a wide range of training assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Curriculum Manager or similar role within a software company.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) concepts and technologies.
• Proficiency in instructional design principles and e-learning methodologies.
• Ability to manage and analyze learning data and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with learning management systems (LMS).
• Experience with project management frameworks and tools such as Prince2 or Asana.
