Location: Remote (France). Toulouse is the preferred location.

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of complex global customers invested in revenue operations solutions.
- Perform adoption analysis and lead joint planning to increase product utilization.
- Conduct value realization activities, including customer stakeholder alignment and roadmap reviews.
- Drive customer advocacy by ensuring technical issues are resolved efficiently via internal partners.
- Mitigate risk and improve customer sentiment to ensure successful and growing renewals.
- Identify expansion opportunities to grow the account's footprint.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Success role managing large enterprise or strategic accounts.
- Native or C2 level proficiency in both English and French.
- Must be based in France.
- Strong technical background in revenue management and/or contract management software solutions.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
- Proven experience in project management or consulting to drive customer change.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), CPQ (Configure Price Quote), or products.
- Experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, or Technology sectors.
- Hands-on SaaS product certifications and a commitment to continuous learning.
