What you will do

• Design intuitive, high-quality user experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring alignment with product strategy.
• Conduct user research and utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to define product requirements.
• Create sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate user flows.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to refine requirements and iterate based on feedback.
• Manage and evolve a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Partner with marketing teams to maintain a cohesive brand expression.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer designing digital products.
• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, interaction design, and measurable product impact.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
• Strong communication skills to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
