TL;DR

Support Specialist (Customer Support): Providing expert application support and ensuring customer satisfaction with an accent on handling complex inquiries and maintaining knowledge bases. Focus on resolving technical issues, collaborating with internal teams, and documenting customer feedback.

Location: Must be based in the US (Alabama, Wisconsin, Alaska, Arkansas, or Washington)

Salary: $22 - $25 per hour

What you will do

  • Provide prompt, professional assistance to customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests to ensure positive experiences.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on new offerings and promotions.
  • Collaborate with technical support and billing departments to resolve complex problems.
  • Document customer feedback and report recurring trends to management for improvement.
  • Manage customer data and interactions accurately within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a technical environment or relevant experience.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in creating technical documentation.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
