What you will do

• Build the product data foundation and design models that translate raw data into clean, scalable analysis-ready assets.
• Partner with Product to develop data-driven recommendations and engaging narratives for executive leadership.
• Create scalable, intuitive self-serve dashboards to empower teams to independently explore data and make strategic decisions.
• Conduct deep-dive exploratory analyses on funnels, retention curves, cohort behavior, and feature adoption.
• Act as the bridge between product data and the broader organization to influence cross-functional outcomes.
• Establish team processes and analytical workflows that ensure data accuracy and scalability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 8+ years of experience in data or product analytics within B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environments.
• Fluency in SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Sigma, with strong proficiency in data modeling.
• Direct experience designing product instrumentation strategies, event schemas, and tracking plans.
• Expertise in building dashboards and visualizations using Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Proven track record of partnering with product leaders to translate findings into actionable roadmap investments.

Nice to have

• Experience evaluating or implementing product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
