Location: Anywhere in Spain - Remote. You must have a valid right to live and work in Spain. No visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Define, communicate, and enforce system architecture principles, patterns, and standards across platforms.
• Design and oversee integrations between internal and external systems for security, scalability, and performance.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a developer team with 1:1s, performance reviews, and career planning.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews, provide hands-on guidance, and ensure alignment with intent.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, operations, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Establish best practices, reusable patterns, and review processes to reduce technical debt.
• Lead technical change management forums, evaluate risks, and maintain operational stability.

Requirements

• 13+ years in system architecture or engineering, focused on enterprise SaaS and integrations.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on with Salesforce and NetSuite integrations using MuleSoft, Boomi, Jitterbit, and Python.
• Experience with data viz (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), ERP/PSA (Oracle ERP, SAP S/4HANA, Certinia), HRIS (ADP, Workday).
• 7+ years in leadership, managing technical teams and driving architectural decisions.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven), DevOps, CI/CD, IaC.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and learning agility.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud data warehousing like Snowflake.
