What you will do

• Design scalable architectures for ML platforms, AI services, and data pipelines integrating models into distributed production systems.
• Architect end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, feature engineering, training, model serving, and monitoring.
• Guide teams in MLOps practices, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor on scalable ML-driven systems.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, backend, data engineers, DevOps, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical architectures.
• Stay current with ML infrastructure advancements and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, distributed systems, or backend architecture; 5+ years designing ML/data-driven systems
• Deep knowledge of ML system architecture, model deployment, and lifecycle management
• Strong programming in Python, Java, C#, or similar
• Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), data pipelines, distributed systems, microservices
• Strong written and spoken English
• Degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field

Nice to have

• Experience with ML platforms, AI infrastructure, LLMs, generative AI, or deep learning
• Large-scale distributed training, feature stores, model monitoring, ML observability
• Client-facing consulting for enterprise-scale systems
