TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Partner (EMEA): Developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies across EMEA to attract top talent aligned with company values and growth vision. Focus on managing end-to-end recruiting for consulting and corporate roles, building university pipelines, and aligning local needs with global talent priorities.

Location: Madrid or London (Hybrid role, in-office 2 days/week); must be based there with valid working & living permit; no sponsorship offered.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies across EMEA, managing full lifecycle for consulting and corporate roles.
  • Partner with EMEA business leaders to understand hiring needs and advise on talent trends.
  • Balance local EMEA requirements with global talent acquisition strategy.
  • Design and launch University Partnership Program for early-career pipelines, including internships and graduates.
  • Drive process improvements in recruiting systems like ATS (Greenhouse) for scalability and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to position the company as an employer of choice.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Talent Acquisition at a global professional services company.
  • Proven experience implementing recruitment strategies supporting business growth.
  • Experience managing recruitment across multiple European countries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of or relationships with technology alliances (Anaplan, Salesforce, DocuSign, OneStream, Snowflake).
