What you will do

  • Lead and elevate Talent Acquisition team across Lausanne and Madrid, focusing on execution, sourcing, and strategic partnership.
  • Partner with senior R&D leadership on workforce planning, org design, and location strategy.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines in AI/ML, data science, product, and engineering across Europe.
  • Drive data-led recruiting with KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to identify risks and improve efficiency.
  • Lead TA transformation with AI, automation, and new technologies for sourcing and engagement.
  • Own R&D employer brand in EMEA through campaigns, partnerships, and thought leadership.
  • Expand university and research institution partnerships for early and experienced talent.
  • Design early careers program including internships and graduate hiring.
  • Lead high-impact searches for senior ICs, architects, and leadership roles.
  • Coach organization on talent assessment and hiring practices.

Requirements

  • Led technical recruiting teams in high-growth global environment, ideally enterprise software, AI, or deep tech.
  • Trusted advisor to executive technical leaders with data-driven influence.
  • Experience in proactive talent strategy, pipelines, communities, and brand building.
  • Strong understanding of European technical talent landscape, key markets, universities, competitors.
  • Strategic and hands-on, comfortable with complex high-impact searches.
  • Leverage data, KPIs, recruiting analytics for decisions and improvement.
  • Energized by TA innovation including AI and automation.
