What you will do

• Develop and implement AI strategy transforming data into business value.

• Establish automated evaluation loops for model accuracy, hallucinations, and performance.
• Optimize data and semantic layers for advanced analytics and Text-to-SQL.
• Mentor AI & Data Science team and promote technical excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing end-to-end ML/AI projects from discovery to deployment.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agent-based architectures, and their best practices.
• Expertise in database design, analytics engineering, AI infrastructure.
• Ability to prioritize based on business impact, feasibility, resources.
• Skills in defining KPIs and translating AI metrics to business outcomes.
