TL;DR

Salary: €4,700–€6,700 gross per month

hirify.global is building an all-in-one AI platform to help teams automate routine tasks and optimize their work.

What you will do

  • Develop and optimize the website experience to align with business and marketing goals.
  • Plan and prioritize the website backlog in collaboration with marketing, product, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Execute growth initiatives, A/B tests, and user behavior analysis to increase conversion rates.
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic, bounce rates, and SEO performance.
  • Translate high-level business objectives into clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams.
  • Ensure the website maintains high standards of performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a growth-focused role.
  • Proven track record managing B2B SaaS websites focused on lead generation.
  • Experience with behavioral analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing.
  • Ability to communicate complex AI-related topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania.
