Senior Product Manager (AI): Developing and implementing the AI vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global with an accent on breaking down high-level goals into rapidly shippable projects. Focus on integrating AI/ML capabilities to make customer workflows smarter, faster, and more personalized.

Location: 100% Remote within the EMEA region (specifically supported European countries).

What you will do

Develop and implement the hirify.global AI vision, strategy, and product roadmap.
Break down the AI strategy into manageable and rapidly shippable projects.
Collaborate with engineers to evaluate the technical feasibility of AI/ML features.
Build integrations that enhance customer workflows, making them smarter and more personalized.

Requirements

Must be based in the EMEA region (residency in supported European countries).
Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals to effectively communicate with engineering teams.
Proven experience in product management and strategic planning.
