What you will do
- Own and prioritize the backlog for internal IT products, making data-driven decisions aligned with business goals.
- Ensure the IT landscape is reliable, secure, and scalable for all employees.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to understand needs and challenges.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable items for the IT team.
- Champion continuous improvements, new tools, and processes focused on user experience and value.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Product Owner, IT Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of IT systems, cloud services, and enterprise tools (Microsoft 365, Azure, Atlassian, etc.).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with prioritization, structured problem-solving, and Agile principles familiarity.
