What you will do

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and 12–24 month roadmap aligned with company goals
• Manage full product lifecycle, launch major products, and scale cross-functional initiatives
• Optimize portfolio performance, ROI, and risks while analyzing market and competitors
• Integrate customer feedback, define product positioning, and ensure cross-functional alignment
• Build and scale product teams, set priorities, allocate resources, and report on key metrics

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years in a Lead Product Manager role
• Proven ownership of company-level product metrics across multiple teams
• Experience driving sustainable product growth through launches and operational excellence
• Ability to define long-term product vision and 12–24 month development plans
• Experience contributing to company strategy and strong people leadership managing multiple PMs
• Deep understanding of payments, PSPs, monetization, and routing
