What you will do

• Design and maintain in-product messaging for platform changes, incentives, and performance data throughout the Pro journey.
• Build Pro community in Bettermode, define engagement strategy, content cadence, and brand voice treating Pros as small business owners.
• Develop vision for Pro Academy with training, upskilling, and partnerships; strategy for help content, FAQs, and knowledge base to deflect support tickets.
• Establish Pro listening system via interviews, call reviews, community monitoring, and support analysis to advocate insights to product, ops, and support.
• Communicate gamification, challenges, badges, and tier-based incentives to drive activation and long-term retention.

Requirements

• US-based for fully remote role with deep qualitative Pro listening and async collaboration.
• Developed genuine expertise on supply-side or creator users through direct conversations, call reviews, and community participation, with specific examples of internal impact.
• Write clear, warm, direct copy for real people, with examples of attention-earning messages.
• Connect communications to supply outcomes like activation rates and retention, beyond engagement metrics.
• Influence cross-functional teams without authority using data and insights.
• Build processes from scratch; AI-native with experience scaling content, feedback synthesis, or workflows.
