Location: Full-time onsite in San Diego, CA
Salary: $17.84 to $20.00 hourly

What you will do
- Perform heavy data entry of check information in Excel and log received checks.
- Open, sort, and analyze checks to determine deposit entities and banks.
- Use IHIS program to identify entities and research refund checks.
- Prepare checks for deposit, compile EOB letters, and create return letters for misdirected checks.
- Distribute mail/packages, respond to inquiries, and provide general administrative support.
- Assist with special projects, document preparation, and maintaining payor lists.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum 1 year heavy data entry experience with 10-key and 8,000+ keystrokes/hour.
- 1 year general office experience including administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and sedentary work in office setting.
