What you will do

• Own checkout and purchase flows with conversion as the north star
• Build results experiences to help users understand and act on health data
• Manage member portal for returning users
• Lead experimentation program including A/B testing and continuous optimization
• Partner with design and engineering to ship weekly improvements

Requirements

• 4-5 years of product management experience
• Proven results improving conversion rates with data
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (VWO, Optimizely, or similar)
• Strong design sensibility and experience with e-commerce or transactional flows
• Fluency with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, or similar)
• Clear communication and ability to write actionable specs

Nice to have

• Experience with multiple customer segments or white-label contexts
• Healthcare or healthtech background
• Mobile web or responsive design experience
• Startup or scale-up experience shipping fast with limited resources
