Staff Technical Account Manager (Optimization)

What you will do

• Present products to prospects, map computational challenges to hirify.global value.
• Deliver technical presentations at conferences, webinars, and events; support marketing efforts.
• Hold regular technical meetings with clients across rollout, expansion, and support phases; identify ROI opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships, recommend new quantum optimization projects.
• Convey customer requirements to product and development teams; provide technical support via Advisory Service.
• Collaborate with sales, product, professional services, and business development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or STEM; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Sales Engineer, TAM, Presales, etc.) in enterprise software.
• Strong foundation in Optimization (Operations Research), algorithms, applied mathematics.
• 2+ years hands-on Python in enterprise; experience with GitHub, REST APIs.
• Experience supporting clients in logistics, manufacturing, pharma, fintech, research/education.
• Proven communication of technical content to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Operations Research techniques/tools.
• Experience in logistics/scheduling/resource allocation projects.
• Quantum computing, AI/LLM, or project management experience.
