Salary: $145,000 - $165,000 with 85/15 split + benefits

What you will do

• Define and execute Customer Success strategy for the region across customer segments.
• Lead, hire, mentor, and scale a team of CSMs using data-driven processes and AI tools.
• Partner with Sales, Renewals, SEs, and Channel teams to align on value, expansion, and retention.
• Engage directly with executives to build trusted advisor relationships and monitor metrics like NDR, churn, adoption, CSAT/NPS.
• Build playbooks and leverage telemetry for proactive customer health management.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Customer Success, including 5+ years leading teams in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or networking
• Proven track record in customer retention, expansion, adoption, lifecycle management, and health frameworks
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, influencing without authority, analytical skills with CS platforms and CRM
• Excellent communication, executive presence, people development passion
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stress environments with reliable attendance
