What you will do

• Build customer applications on hirify.global computers and internal tools to achieve business value.
• Map customer business problems to hybrid solvers and advanced quantum systems to formulate and test prototypes.
• Gather requirements, lead brainstorming sessions, and model use cases mathematically to design quantum hybrid applications.
• Collaborate with internal product teams to share project insights and help prioritize new product features.
• Provide technical leadership from business problem definition and functional specifications to solution implementation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• 5+ years of experience with Python.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical modeling and optimisation solution techniques.
• Experience using leading optimisation tools such as CPLEX or Gurobi.
• Proven record of successful on-time delivery of complex business solutions in production environments.
• Master's, PhD, or equivalent in Operations Research, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Networkx.
• Experience within Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, or Services industries.
• Experience with version control software such as Git.
