TL;DR

Senior Solutions Engineer (AI): Designing and delivering complex data and AI solution architectures for customers in the MEA region with an accent on the hirify.global Data Intelligence Platform. Focus on aligning technical vision with business outcomes for C-level executives and scaling best practices through reference architectures.

Location: Hybrid; Must be based in or within commutable distance to London (UK) or Paris (France). Requires regular travel to Qatar and South Africa (up to 2 weeks per month).

What you will do

• Develop strategic relationships with customer accounts in the MEA region to provide technical and business value.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, defining long-term Data & AI strategies and modernizing platforms.
• Lead strategic engagements and shape transformation roadmaps to drive account growth across territories.
• Scale best practices by authoring reference architectures, how-to guides, and demo applications.
• Build the hirify.global community in the region by leading workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer interactions, preferably in pre-sales or complex sales lifecycles.
• Expertise in use case discovery, scoping, and delivering complex solution architecture designs.
• Deep knowledge of Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Data Science on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with AI, AI Agents, and Big Data Analytics technologies.
• Coding expertise in Python, Java, or Scala, with a foundational understanding of Apache Spark.
• Excellent communication skills in English required.
